When will my photos be ready to choose favorites?

Your photos are ready in approximately 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email with a link and instructions to view your Proof Gallery photos in an online gallery.

How do I view and choose my favorites?

The best photos from your session are viewed in an online Proofing Gallery where you select your favorite images from your portrait session for your Signature Collection. They receive a final editing and album design.

How long do I have to select my favorite images?

Proof galleries expire in 7 days. The sooner you pick your favorites, the quicker you will receive your printed products.

What happens after I choose my favorite photos from the Proof Gallery?

After you have slected your favorite images, those images will receive a final edit to remove things like leashes or people/objects (when possible). After the complete professional edit, you will receive an updated, final Client Gallery of your images ready for social sharing & final orders.

Can you remove the proof watermark or logo on them when I view them online?

Proof Images have a proof watermark over the image and it isn't removed before selecting favorites. Proof text will be removed from your favorited images when you receive your finalized Client Gallery. Signature Collection images received for social sharing have a 'Dena Finley Photography' logo. *Add-on, full sized digital images do not have a watermark or logo on them.

Do I get all the digital files for free?

The Signature Collection includes digital files which are sized for social media sharing but not for printing. Full resolution Digital Negatives are available to add on to your Signature Collection.

How do I order more prints and products?

Prints and products, such as wall or desk art can be ordered online through your client gallery. An in-person appointment is available if you would like extra assistance with your selections.
